Myah did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our condo. She is very knowledgeable, patient and responsive. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions, we were nervous and unsure if we were able to purchase a home. We had just added another baby to the family so we were on a strict budget. Myah was always available, text or call she would always answer at anytime. She would email us everyday with homes that were available at our price range. She has an extensive knowledge of the area, she is well connected with lenders, inspectors etc. She never rushed the process, at one point we had pulled out due to uncertainty of the price of a home and she understood and let us know that she will still be available when we were ready to start house shopping again. In January I reached out and let her know the condo I was looking out for was still available and she quickly got in contact with the sellers agent right before they were about to have an open house. Myah was there to explain the process step by step and answer all of my many questions. She is also a great negotiator she was able to get the sellers to help us with the downpayment and we were so grateful because that was a huge help for us. Myah is an amazing realtor and she knows exactly what she is doing. She is super friendly, smart, patient and professional. I highly recommend Myah as your future realtor you will not regret it.
